The questions we get most
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
On day 30, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe. Your data, units, photos and team setup all stay intact — you just can't add new entries until you pick a tier and add a card. You can also subscribe any time during the trial if you want to skip the read-only period.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Basic to Pro is instant with a small pro-rated catch-up charge. Adding or removing Floor Plan or Consignment kicks in on the next billing cycle. No data is lost in any direction.
Is VAT included in the listed prices?
No — all prices are quoted excluding VAT. Basic is R299 + 15% VAT. Pro is R499 + 15% VAT. The invoice you receive each month is a full SARS-format VAT 412 invoice.
What payment methods do you support?
Any Visa or Mastercard card, debit or credit, issued by any South African bank, via Paystack. The first card you add becomes the default — change it any time from /billing.
Do I have to commit to a year?
No. Everything is month-to-month. Cancel any time from your billing page — the account stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
What if my card declines?
We retry the card automatically over 3 days. If all retries fail, we suspend the account and email you a one-click reactivation link. Your data is never deleted — only access is paused until the card clears.
